The Studio is located on the first floor and you enter it directly via the sidewalk of Fäustlestraße.

There are 3 parking spaces in the courtyard. Please use only one parking space for each shooting slot. Otherwise it is best to park in the streets around the studio.

Payment

By bank transfer after the shoot. You will receive the invoice by email after the studio weekend.
You do not need to bring cash with you.

Styling

There is the possibility to have a hair & make-up touch-up done by Aylin at the location. The styling always starts 30 minutes before the shooting and is included in the shooting price.

It is not necessary to book the styling in advance by email. Just ask Aylin on location what you would like. Please note that this is not an extended styling, but rather a touch-up.

As many people as the 30 minutes allow can have their make-up done by Aylin per photo/styling slot.

Procedure

Each session lasts 30 minutes, with approximately 20–25 minutes of actual shooting time.

There is a separate entrance area with a drinks fridge (please help yourself) and a mirror, where you can do any final touch-ups before your session.

You're welcome to bring your clothes, valuables, and personal belongings into the studio during the shoot. There is plenty of space to leave your things.

Poses / Inspiration

You'll find a mood board here with lots of inspiration for poses and photo ideas.

Feel free to take screenshots of any images you especially love and would like to recreate, and bring them with you to your session.

Receiving the pictures

The pictures are available for you to download no later than 4 weeks after the shooting. You will receive all usable pictures of the shooting (at least 40). The pictures are exclusively edited in my typical color style. Always one color and one black and white version.

Usage Rights

You are free to use your images without any restrictions, including for commercial purposes.

There are no additional fees or separate licensing charges for usage rights.

Shoes

If you like the look, feel free to choose more timeless footwear such as loafers or simple, elegant shoes.

Going barefoot can also look beautiful, but it does not suit every outfit in a studio shoot. It’s best to think in advance about whether and how shoes complement your overall look.

If you would like to wear shoes in the photos, please make sure to clean the soles beforehand, as the studio floor is white.

Outfits

The most important rule: Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and like yourself. 🤍

Personally, I love studio photography when it has the feeling of a timeless Ralph Lauren family campaign—so your outfit really makes a difference.

For men:
Please make sure to empty your trouser pockets before the session and, if possible, remove sports watches or fitness trackers.

For women:
Before the session, it's worth checking your wrists for hair ties or sports watches, as they can be distracting in photos.

Additionally, there will be a small selection of clothing pieces available to borrow at the studio that photograph beautifully. You'll find all available pieces further down on this page.

Utensils

If your kids have a favorite stuffed animal/children's guitar or something similar that they like to play with, feel free to pack that along. You can incorporate that into the shoot very nicely.

LinkedIn

If you are coming as a family but would also like a current business picture of you, feel free to take a fancy outfit and we'll do one. :)

Dogs

Dogs are part of the family and are welcome at the shoots! Please also make sure to bring a small towel to clean their paws in case it rains outside.

on the day of the shoot I will hang up notice sheets. 

Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

After booking, you will receive a deposit invoice by email. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained in the event of a cancellation.

If you are unable to attend, your booked slot may be transferred to another person.
