The Studio is located on the first floor and you enter it directly via the sidewalk of Fäustlestraße.

There are 3 parking spaces in the courtyard. Please use only one parking space for each shooting slot. Otherwise it is best to park in the streets around the studio.

Payment

By bank transfer after the shoot. You will receive the invoice by email after the studio weekend.
You do not need to bring cash with you.

Styling

There is the possibility to have a hair & make-up touch-up done by Aylin at the location. The styling always starts 30 minutes before the shooting and is included in the shooting price. It is not necessary to book the styling in advance by email. Just ask Aylin on location what you would like. Please note that this is not an extended styling, but rather a touch-up. As many people as the 30 minutes allow can have their make-up done by Aylin per photo/styling slot.

Procedure

The shooting slot is 30 min. of which approx. 20-25 min. are photographed.

Please arrive at the studio max. 10 minutes before the start of the shoot or styling.
There is a separate anteroom with a drinks fridge (you are welcome to simply take drinks) and a mirror. You can take your clothes, valuables etc. into the shooting rooms during the shoot. There is enough space to store them.

Receiving the pictures

The pictures are available for you to download no later than 4 weeks after the shooting. You will receive all usable pictures of the shooting (at least 40). The pictures are exclusively edited in my typical color style. Always one color and one black and white version.

Shoes

If you would like to wear shoes on the pictures, please take a pair separately, which you clean well on the sole beforehand.
If you like it too, try to wear more timeless shoes, like booties, boots, or " dressy shoes".

Outfits

The most important rule: wear what you feel comfortable in! :-)
Personally, I really like studio photography when it looks like a family Raul Lauren campaign hihi.

Important for the men: please make sure your trouser pockets are completely empty before the shoot.

I also have a collaboration with ARKET.
Baby, toddler, men’s and women’s clothing will be available to use freely during your session.

Utensils

If your kids have a favorite stuffed animal/children's guitar or something similar that they like to play with, feel free to pack that along. You can incorporate that into the shoot very nicely.

LinkedIn

If you are coming as a family but would also like a current business picture of you, feel free to take a fancy outfit and we'll do one. :)

Dogs

Dogs are part of the family and are welcome at the shoots! Please also make sure to bring a small towel to clean their paws in case it rains outside.

on the day of the shoot I will hang up notice sheets. 

Cancellation

Cancellation up to 5 days before the appointment is free of charge.
From 5 days before the shoot, you will be charged 50% of the total amount - unless you find a replacement to take the appointment.
If you cancel on the day of the shoot, you will be charged 100% of the amount - unless you can find a replacement to take the appointment.
